Product Description

Photoshop Introductory Course: This complete introductory Photoshop course is designed for anyone seeking a solid foundation in order to use Photoshop to manipulate, modify, or optimize photographs and digital images. So even if you are already familiar with Photoshop, you will benefit greatly from this ground-up comprehensive training. You will receive not only a comprehensive training in Photoshop, but also valuable work-flow tips and an eye-opening ground-up understanding of how to work in Photoshop. A certificate of acheivement is given to each student on completion. Personal support is offered after the course, and all classroom students receive free tuition to Steve’s 7 hour Photoshop video-based course.

What sets our class apart from other Photoshop training? Instructor Steve Weinrebe is a Photoshop textbook author, speaker and award winning instructor, and was one of the first instructors ever to be Certified by Adobe to teach Photoshop (ACI, CTT+). In addition Steve has nearly two decades of professional experience working with Photoshop, to help students with best practices. He believes strongly in small class, hands-on instruction. Read the customer Testimonials page to see what past students say about my small-class hands-on training.

Training Course Length and Time
This class is 2 days long. Class hours are 9:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m. Breaks are scheduled morning and also in the afternoon, and lunch is typically 1/2 hour. Students provide their own lunch and there are some nearby restaurants as well as fridge and microwave in the breakout room (in addition students are welcome to bring a bag lunch to help expedite the brief lunch time).

Prerequisites: This is an introductory class for students that: 1) have never used the software, or 2) self-taught students that have experience with the software but are not comfortable using it, don’t understand why what they do is or isn’t working, and want the benefit of an Adobe Certified Instructor to clarify and build a solid foundation of understanding. Furthermore because of the amount of material I cover in class, I do require students to be comfortable using a mouse, opening and saving files, and the general operations of computers. While we will make every reasonable effort to help, students with insufficient skills may be required to observe the class lessons or do their best to keep up without slowing down the rest of the class. We highly recommend working with the application tutorial before coming to the course.

Here is an outline of what you can expect to learn in your 2 day Photoshop Training.
